We were at lunch the other day and were served by a lovely young server who was so excited about she and her husband moving into their new home. She told us about buying vinyl fencing then contacting a handyman to install it. The man wanted $20 thousand, so they were saving up. We have been in construction for 40+ years, and while everyone has a right to earn a living, $20,000 was robbery. Installing fences are not among the things we offer to do, but we offered to find her someone that would do it for less than half, and we would check the work.
